PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMIGROUT MPH ONE is a ready-to-use high strength, non-catalyzed, metallic reinforced, cementitious grout which requires only the addition of water to produce a non-shrink flowable mortar. EAMIGROUT MPH ONE contains selected special hydraulic binders, special aggregates that enhances
ductility, fatigue and impact resistance and sets EAMIGROUT MPH ONE apart from competitive products.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
EAMIGROUT MPH ONE is specially formulated to be
used as non-shrink, high strength cementitious grout for
high stress applications for fluid to flowable consistency
in:

Grouting under heavy machinery and equipment such as turbines and generators.

Grouting for steel and aluminum mills.

Grouting of windmill installations, where high fatigue resistance is required.

All void filling up to 300 mm thickness where high strength, high modulus and high ductility are required

Grouting in high temperature and dynamic load applications.

Anchor bolts, rods, crain rails and milling machine.

Grouting for structural steel and precast concrete elements.

STANDARDS
EAMIGROUT MPH ONE is formulated to comply with all
requirements of ASTM C-1107 "Packaged Dry,
Hydraulic – Cement Grout (Non-shrink) " Grade B as
well as CRD C- 621”.
EAMIGROUT MPH ONE is formulated to comply with all
requirements of BS EN 1504 – 9 “ Products and
systems for the protection and repair of concrete
structures, definitions, requirements, quality control and
conformity assessment “ and general principles for the
use or products and systems and the requirements of
BS EN 1504 -6 “ Anchoring steel reinforcement”.
