PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMIPRIME EP1504 is a two components, solvent-free (100 % solid), moisture &vapor barrier, tolerant, low VOC, odorless, low viscosity pigmented epoxy resin-based primer and sealer.
It is specially formulated to prime & seal concrete and masonry substrates for high performance applications.
It is used as a part of flooring systems with high adhesion to porous concrete surfaces. It provides a very good resistance to aqueous, alkaline and saline solutions.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
EAMIPRIME EP1504 is used for:

Moisture and water vapor barrier primer on substrate concrete or cement based screeds where EAMIC TRETOL Flooring Systems will be applied.

Moisture and water vapor barrier primer beneath sports surfaces such as running tracks, artificial turf …. etc.

Moisture and water vapor barrier primer beneath conventional, classic floor finishes such as PVC, linoleum, carpet, parquet, tiles ….. etc.

Promote adhesion between substrates and epoxy resin based floor coating, epoxy resin self leveling floor toppings and epoxy resin floor screed.

Protects the substrates against the negative effect of osmosis, bubbles with exposure to moisture from the soil.

To bond epoxy flooring to concrete, steel and masonry products.

Sealing concrete substrates providing more protection against the chemical reagents, water and water-soluble salts.
