PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EAMIGARD PRIME SEAL is multipurpose pigmented high performance primer, sealer & bonding agent for mineral based substrates and masonry surfaces. It will provide after application ,a clear film enabling sealing and priming for porous substrates before application of top coat . It is based on 100 % pure acrylic for superior performance & durability.
EAMIGARD PRIME SEAL provides a flat , uniformly absorbent color coordinated surface.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
EAMIGARD PRIME SEAL is formulated to be used as penetrating primer , sealer and bonding agent for :

Sealing new applications of masonry surfaces to provide increase the resistance to dirt pickup.

Provides a surface barrier to resist continued attack by acid rain and other pollutants .

General sealing of porous materials such as brick, clay tile, quarry tile, split face block, porous stones, terra cotta, stucco and concrete.

Improves the freeze-thaw resistance of porous exterior surfaces by decreasing water absorption.
